Can somebody help me with this. I've reinstalled arcserve. Reinstalled arcserve exchange agent and recreated an exchange backup account. There is nothing in the log - you can just see it listing through the exchange mailboxes it has backed up, then it crashes for no reason. Thanks, learn2tech

I fixed the initialise problem with the help of your previous post. However, still nothing appearing in job status or job log. Have you got any ideas to what this could be? I've renamed the log folder twice already, but this didn't work. Thanks, learn2tech
