WE had a complaint about a call getting dropped. When i checked the call by call logs I found the call and it showed up as "Cancelled". I've searched documentation and I can't find anything about why the call showed up as cancelled. Does anyone know what that is?
Do you have any idea what that is? I have removed everything labelled callpilot in the registry and in the files. i still can't get it to install. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Which part of it? To add an entry into the SDN table go to the System menu in the CP Manager and choose Service Directory Number which brings you to the SDN table. Then you choose Add and enter the DN and choose the application.

It is not a DNS issue as we are able to connect to the webclient (although we DID have this issue). We are able to connect, and login but cannot do anything once we are in there. SOAP is installed and it is a Trusted site.

I'll try that in the AM. the red light does not come on next to the headset key, but that happens when you don't have anything plugged into it, so I assumed that something was wrong with the headset.
