I am not sure why but I do not have an Exchange Administrator. I am Small Business Server 2003...I can go into User Properties and get to a tab there that allows me to add email addresses...one choice I have is to add a 'custom address' ... where I have to fill in to fields 1 - 'email type' & 2...
I am aware that there are several posts concerning this matter but none of them have been able to answer my question in a manner that I understood...maybe it is my lack of knowledge on the matter...so please be detailed and specific...thank you in advance...
