in Small Business server, I am not sure how to create a custom recipient...I am confident that if someone can explain this process in detail then I will be able to complete what it is aI am trying to do... please help- laservall

Forwarding Email to external address
I am not sure why but I do not have an Exchange Administrator. I am Small Business Server 2003...I can go into User Properties and get to a tab there that allows me to add email addresses...one choice I have is to add a 'custom address' ... where I have to fill in to fields 1 - 'email type' & 2...- laservall
