When viewing the Product Protection Summary in EPO version 3.6.1.231. The 8.7 clients show Product Name as Unprotected, but show product version corectly as 8.7.0.570. Has anyone else observed this and know of a possible fix.

AE3031 Failed to scan SYS:\folder\ ()'s space restriction
This error appears for all folders during backup of the sys volume. All other volumes backup fine with no errors. This is a Netware 5.1 server with sp8 and the sp8 security update.
