    Connecting IP Office to BCM 200

    Has anyone had success connecting a BCM 200 with An IP Office via IP trunks? Currently I have both systems connected - extensions connected to the BCM can call to the IP Office however any calls from the IP Office to the BCM are rejected. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks for responding but the problem turned out to be that the 6 ports on the Merlin Mail were not set for rotary enable. Which I understand that for the older mail systems it was not necessary to turn on rotary enable.
