Thanks for your help. I was able to remove the CDR information.
I did do print screens for when they want to put it back.
You know once they remove it, They will want it back again. :)

Make sure your COR has Service Observe. That is in the station and the VDN.
I do not know if you are using a recording software like Nice or something but I know in my system when Nice has the station for recording, then it will not let you do a manual service observe. Do know if that helps at all.
I agree with Klees. It is only a light indicator. When it is on, then that means you have a message in that audix box. You then have to go into your audix with a *# and choose the second mailbox and password. You will then be able to listen to that voicemail.

Did a list ipserver-interface to confirm.
