AUT-MSG-WAIT button 1

HI GUYS ,
Could someone please help i have to setup a voicemail button on an extenstion that already uses there own audix voicemail , therefore i cant use the lamp message option , so i need to setup the aut-msg-wat button that will indicate when a message has been left , but currently when pressed i am getting message retreival error
below is the extension , any help would be great

the button is a notification only button, so it only will highlight otherwise its non functional. At least thats how it is on my 4610's so in order to check that mailbox you have to use the regular vm button and get to the second mailbox using the prompts to change what box you are accessing. I hope that helps.

I agree with Klees. It is only a light indicator. When it is on, then that means you have a message in that audix box. You then have to go into your audix with a *# and choose the second mailbox and password. You will then be able to listen to that voicemail.
