Ok, They both share the same line and when i dial the full number like someone would do externally the both ring. They won't both ring if i dial the extension internally. What am i missing?

All three phone needs to be identical. DN 3313 If one person picks up a line, the other 2 phone must be able to pick up if someone else calls 3313 .

I think i mixed you up, All we want is to have 3 phone that are all DN 3313 two keys on each phone. I guess we just make sure all 3 TN's have the same keys right?

Currently the handset is DN 3312, do i delete the phone and create it from scratch or can i just modify the DN? You could have 31 handset's using 1 DN?!!! Thanks for the quick response!
