    I think i mixed you up, All we want is to have 3 phone that are all DN 3313 two keys on each phone. I guess we just make sure all 3 TN's have the same keys right?

    Currently the handset is DN 3312, do i delete the phone and create it from scratch or can i just modify the DN? You could have 31 handset's using 1 DN?!!! Thanks for the quick response!

    Unable to open an e-mail in outlook 2002!!

    For some reason when i try to open a particular e-mail it gives me the following error, is there something i could do? ERROR:Outlook cannot open this message. A newer version, such as Outlook 2003 or later is required to open this message. HELP!

    Schtek, 1st, We can control the crappy power grid we're on, Hydro is usuall responsibe for the power failures. 2nd -They are routed throught the ISA Server with rules. Only 1 NIC on ISA server, DHCP is a Contivity VPN box. What type of loop holes could i find in DNS?
