So, both phones will use the same target line and then i place them in a hunt group?
I know this sounds stupid, but i'm just starting to learn about telephony.
What's the purpose of a huntgroup?
Bit confused, could someone give me a brief step by step on how to do this?
Would really...
Ok, They both share the same line and when i dial the full number like someone would do externally the both ring.
They won't both ring if i dial the extension internally.
What am i missing?
Hello, Just wondering if it is possible to have two IP phones that use the same extension.
I'm using a Nortel BCM 400, one phone is a Nortel IP2002 and the other is a wireless IP phone.
I want both phones to ring with the same number, right not they have the same number and using 2 DID's
I think i mixed you up,
All we want is to have 3 phone that are all DN 3313
two keys on each phone.
I guess we just make sure all 3 TN's have the same keys right?
So i would just replace the 02 ADL 16 *
with another MCR
KEY 00 MCR 3303 1 MARP
CPND
NAME HR ADMIN 1
XPLN 24
DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST
01 MCR 3303 1
CPND
NAME HR ADMIN 1
XPLN 24
DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST...
Currently the handset is DN 3312, do i delete the phone and create it from scratch or can i just modify the DN?
You could have 31 handset's using 1 DN?!!!

HELP!
I was thinking that, but our proxy.pac points to the ISA server, will the connection go direct if the ISA server is down?
The last line of proxy.pac says this
else
return "PROXY 10.7.135.13:8080";
Schtek,
1st, We can control the crappy power grid we're on, Hydro is usuall responsibe for the power failures.
2nd -They are routed throught the ISA Server with rules.
Only 1 NIC on ISA server, DHCP is a Contivity VPN box.
What type of loop holes could i find in DNS?
