    This is how smtp email works i think?. You could check the email from exchange to MSW but not the outgoing one.

    I would say you needed the 3rd party tool called the "re-processor" to do this one because you are combining two rules with AND, I think this is not normally possible. I am guessing that this tool can handle this one.

    I think you will need another smtp server to do it. I have seen people talking about sending mail based on the senario rules to another server. They use a MSW supplied addon tool.
