It looks like your MSW thinks its the final relay for mail. You need to check your SMTP Relay, Routing entries.
I have confirmed that I can make my system behave like yours by removing an entry in my Routing.
You need to have a forced rout with your domain as the mask and an additional route...
I would say you needed the 3rd party tool called the "re-processor" to do this one because you are combining two rules with AND, I think this is not normally possible.
I am guessing that this tool can handle this one.
I think you will need another smtp server to do it. I have seen people talking about sending mail based on the senario rules to another server. They use a MSW supplied addon tool.
What you need to do is set up a classification higher than undetermined with a delivery action. Then change the re-classifier from clean to this higher one. Reason: you can not re-classify lower than the undetermined classification (or this is as I see it)
By the way I use this for bad smtp...
Set up a route using the re-classifier with a classification set above undertermined with deliver action.
classification is say, bad-smtp. Data types SMTP. On corrupt items detected choose your new classification bad-smtp

When I show diagnostic logs for a 2924M-XL the timestamp only shows the nearest day "11w0d". How do I set the log to show the complete time ? Also how do I get a more detailed error rather than "experiencing errors".
Example line of log:-
11w0d: %LINK-4-ERROR: FastEthernet0/1...
