I would agree that removing them could affect the phone but in my case they are duplicated. So I want to remove the second set and keep the original assigned buttons.
Can you direct me to where in system programming I could find these setups.

That seemed to work with Line 001 and Line 002 but not with my other programed buttons. I have a button that is programed as a "voice call" and I can't seem to change it. Does that mean it is a "hold line"? if so can you do anything with it?
