    Thank you all for your responses. Lloyd's suggestion is the one that worked. I ended everything in Processes except the System Tasks which it would not let me end, and I was then able to Restart. Thanks again. :-D Judy

    I have used the Switchboard Manager to set up user menus. However it is not in the Forms section. I need to get it to the forms section so I can import the updates to my users database. Does anyone know how to do this? Or is there another way to import from Switchboard Manager directly?

    No we are not on a common LAN - we are in no physical way connected. Could I dump my mdb to a CD, take the CD to his PC then export it from there to his mdb?
