I know...I should be using "real" web site creation software... I may end up doing all my edits in FrontPage once it's set up, but for now this is what I'm using.

1. Any way to create a bookmark/anchor link further down on the page? Publisher help says no, but is there a work around...
Short answer...you can't. It's not a failing of Publisher; it's your printer limitations. See message under "How can I make Publisher 2000 print a whole page." I would try splitting the table so that it still maintains the desired text.

It's probably the limitations of your printer. All home-use printers need a margin of space to "hold onto" the paper. You'll need to move your text and images further into the body of the document. Usually a good rule of thumb is .5" margin all around, but you'll have to play with...
I know this is a late response, but hope it helps someone. I've found the easiest way to reorder pages in Publisher is to "duplicate" the page where you want it, then delete it from the original place:
