Hi all,
We just changed our phone system provider and need to remove the extra "9" that was imbedded in the system (so users wouldn't have to dial 9,9,555-1212 to make an external call)
I know it's something simple, but I can't remember where we added that.
Any help?

Hello,
We just moved our office to a new facility and brought our Legend system with us.
Our new phone lines are all "dial 9" to get out, so I need to change the Legend to add that to all outgoing calls.
Does anyone know the shortcut to doing that?

Thanks for your help - I was able to get the system running again, but the system-calculated day of the week is wrong. It appears there was no Monday, September 10th in after 1992, so the day of the week reports incorrectly. The system won't let you set the date any earlier than 1992.
