Agents are not missing calls and are not pressing the make busy button. But all throughout the day their busy lamp is on.

Installed keycode for skillsets and agents. In Element Manager under keycodes it shows both. And both as active. But when i go to Call Pilot Manager to configure the Skillset it says Intelligent Contact Center - Not Enabled. What am i missing?
