Finally solved by re-installing software.

I merged a tape and the Session name it's correct right now but the session it's empty so I could not make a restore by session.

Reinitialized all databases but the problem still occurs... Have any idea about what's happening? Should reinstallation of the software be the solution?

Both are WinXP SP1

We use symantec corporate AV and it uses the PDC for remote installations. If the computer is not online on the PDC we cannot install.

I have configured my hp StorageWorks on circular & sequential mode and configured the device on the arcServe 2000 v7. Arcserve detects the tapes on all the slots and identifies them correctly. It makes the backup correctly but after this it does not switch to the next tape. Any idea over here?
