no option to enter extension. here's my breakdown.....telco features-show/class assignment-show/ line 049-show/ call log set-Y or N / next / Extl. VMsg set- Y or N / next/ end of list! thanks
Not sure of software level,havn't been on site for a few days. Lines are assigned! CID does not display until calls are answered. I placed a CI trunk cartridge in expansion pack that controls lines 049-052 initially had a DS. Able to log calls just fine.found those settings in familiar places...
I have a customer w/ old mics system. Having trouble w/ caller id. When I get to the step that should say feature assignment, it says class assignment! Can't find any caller id options there. Any suggestions?thanks
Does anyone have an idea on line 031 being transferred to prime set. I have a compact ics w/ 2 sets programmed for lines 031 and 034 to apr.and ring. When calling in on 031 it also rings on intercom @ prime set 21 and the LCD Displays transfer031! I can not find where it's being transferred...
