    We have found the problem. The logs were full and filled up the disk drive. We did not have the root pw, so we could not delete old logs, but we recycled the power about 8 times to cycle through the 10 logs and as you do that it removes the old logs. We freed up enough space and its working...

    When we go to http it re-directs us automatically to https so https is the only way we can get to the login page.

    Update, we have a CM 4x, not 14. We get the error immediately. We then get a continue button, but it takes us back to the login screen again.

    Virtual Extension is forwarded but hard to hear

    We have virtual extensions setup for our outside guys to take calls. When a call comes in and is forwarded to the outside phone its very hard for the customer to hear our employees. Any ideas on this? We are running Altiware 5.0A

    Not sure about the cat-5 backplane connector, (i am new to this) I will try to set to 10mb and see what happens: I have looked at the errors log and there is an error count of 120 for Error Type 3329. Not sure thats part of the issue or not. The search continues. thank you!
