    As far as I know there is no magic tool for this. You'll have to write your own. Since you're a programmer it should be pretty straight forward.

    Are you are included in the list of Users because you made the connection?(Actually you make it twice in the code you posted - is that necessary? what's cn2 for?). If your are the only user then there is no one else to disconnect anyway. Just close your connection.
