2691 Router not recognizing NM-1E module
I had a spare laying around too and thought it would work. I even called Cisco presales as well as checked on the list of available modules for the router on their website and both indicated the NM-1E was compatible. Guess I will look at purchasing a new module. Thanks for the help! -
