Hi folks, After 18 months of living off the archives I finally have to ask a question... I have 2 phones, 4594 which should forward to 4581 and then to the voicemail of 4581. The calls are forwarding to 4581 but not to voicemail (4581 is forwarding to voicemail quite happily). DES 554...

It's been a while - but I believe there's a field in the CMS somewhere that you can report on if write your own reports. You'd have to check the documentation for the exact location though.

The CMS is on the LAN but the network solution is taking so long to implement we're looking at a stand alone CMS solution. Cheers though.

Here's a quick poser for y'all - We have a requirement to back up the CMS servers at various sites 6 days a week. Without anyone such as yours truely having to trapse in on a Saturday and change tapes. Can you get a tape magazine autoloader type thingy :) for a CMS? Thanks

Keep a very very close eye on your disk space if running large numbers of traces - they eat disk space and then the whole CMS goes pear-shaped. JDE

If they hear the announcement then it's unlikely to be Telco. Could be worth running an agent trace to see if someone is cutting calls off as soon as they hit? If it's not the queue max in the hunt group i'd look at this next. JDE

I've had a complaint that our muzak on hold is too loud. It's not, but if poosible I have to recitify. Is there a way to turn the volume down on the switch? G3Si, CD player sadly has no volume control... Cheers JDE
