Hi folks, After 18 months of living off the archives I finally have to ask a question... I have 2 phones, 4594 which should forward to 4581 and then to the voicemail of 4581. The calls are forwarding to 4581 but not to voicemail (4581 is forwarding to voicemail quite happily). DES 554...

It's been a while - but I believe there's a field in the CMS somewhere that you can report on if write your own reports. You'd have to check the documentation for the exact location though.

The CMS is on the LAN but the network solution is taking so long to implement we're looking at a stand alone CMS solution. Cheers though.

Keep a very very close eye on your disk space if running large numbers of traces - they eat disk space and then the whole CMS goes pear-shaped. JDE

If they hear the announcement then it's unlikely to be Telco. Could be worth running an agent trace to see if someone is cutting calls off as soon as they hit? If it's not the queue max in the hunt group i'd look at this next. JDE

For what it's worth, that table on my switch is completely black and i receive ANI/CLI to my 6416. Try looking display system-parameters multifrequency-signaling and see if those options help. Cheers JDE

Hi folks Running basic old fashioned Audix 3.something - not Intuity - and one of my users has to change her name due to getting wed. As this is the name initially recorded when the mailbox was set up, do I have to delete and recreate the mailbox for her to do this? Cheers JDE
