No, that isn't the issue.
We had to remove the exchange attributes from the disabled id, and delete the disabled id. Then we rerand the connection agreement from ADC. That got the mailbox associated with the correct id.

I need to know how to add the Exchange Tabs in AD.
System Manager is installed on the server, so that isn't the issue.
We migrated users into our domain from NT to a 2003 AD environment after migrating our main environment.

We are about to implement a new ePO server running 3.0.
We are going to replace the old server with the new one (Same computer name and ip address). The old server ran ePO 2.51.
Will the existing agents on our PCs be able to connect to the new server, or do they need to be upgraded?

I know it sounds weird, but check your PDC for licensing errors.
We had this problem, and this was the solution.
Also, make sure your MS Service packs and security fixes are applied.
You may want to not set a "prohibit receive" limit. Usually the "prohibit send" is good enough. Management tends to get upset when mail cannot be delivered.
Just a thought. This made my life a lot easier, and users have to clean up if they want to send any messages.
