that is what i am trying to ... so when i redirect the number that you call to the fax server, i need the fax server to know which DID you called so i can properly route the fax to an email account

Ok, I've looked Googled, etc.... and can't find ANY details on what features Optivity has. Per Nortel, you have to talk to a vendor for any info at all. I'd be interested in seeing some simple screen shots or bullet pointed list of what this thing can do.
