I have a customer who has an MICS w/ PRI and when they make a call to a line that is busy it disconnects instead of giving a busy signal. The provider is asking him what code the system needs to see in order to receive a busy signal. Anybody have any idea?

I am putting 2 DSS 4450's on a 4424LD+ and they both work but on the second one when you press a button it dials the extension but the light doesn't come on for any extension. If I swap the 2 DSS mods it works fine in the first position still but not the 2nd one so I know both of them work. I...

They actually get a recording "You must dial a 0 or 1..." and I believe they are in Hybrid mode.
