They have 2 PRIs but not a whole lot of call volume. Was thinking of having the calls ring out to the SA buttons instead of line appearances.

Customer is currently set up with 2 QCC operators and want to switch to DLC. How much reprogramming is involved to make this happen.

Have a Merlin Legend with 2 operators. and the auto attendant answers all calls. Currently when you select to speak to the operator or zero out of the AA, it transfers out to ony one of the operators. Is it possible to have it ring to both?

I have a customer with a ACS R5 and the replace battery message appeared on the phones. I have replaced the batteries several times and the message will not go away. I even rebooted the system several times. Any ideas?

I am able to get into the Intuity via passthru as craft, but when I get to the option to change the passwords for craft, sa, or vm, it gives me an error and goes back to the selection screen

I can get in via passthru, but I can't change the password for sa or vm. Am I missing a step?

Is there any way to change the login / password to the intuity via the passthru feature?

I have a MLX 10D which I cannot get the message light to turn off. It does not currently have a mailbox assigned to it, and it will not let me delete the messages when I go thru the menu on the extension.
