Is there a way i can create a form to make it easier for users to enter data, but prevent users from deleting previously entered information? I don't want them to delete it or change it. All changes should simply be created as another record in the DB so that the history of the item is documented.

Thanks skip! I'm going to try this on a few other computers. Each time i press enter, especially if i make a change, a dialog comes up which you just said doesn't happen. Let me try a few different systems just to see what happens.
