    You may need to delete some temporary internet files. Does the PC have IE6? If so, go to Tools>Internet Options and select Delete Files. Also could be TCP/IP corrupted. If so, make sure you have a reliable W98 Install Disk before removing and re-installing. Gene [bigglasses]

    Go into My Computer and see how much free space you have on the drive you're trying to recover to. Probably C: drive. If you can't see the details, click on View>Details.

    I noticed that when you open Word by itself the min and max and close buttons are in the top right hand corner, but if I open a word document, the only button there is the "X" close button. Was this feature removed for Word 2003? Thank you. Gene

    Password Problem

    Try opening the main report in "Design Mode", right click on the sub-report and click on "Create Sub-Report Links". You will then be able to set this up to pass any/all parameters from the main report to the sub-report without getting prompted to do so. ~Gene
