Hi,
I have the same experience an wallace88. Forget to restore Microsofts OS on a different HW.
With any other OS it works fine but not with Microsoft.

Also check the properties of the pool (except the default pools). There (under Preferences) you have the availability to set the parms for "Recycle to other pools" and "Recycle from other pools".
Have fun

Hi,
yes the marking is very slow on NetWare clients with many files, we have the same problem.
Legato has to redesign the client, but like every other company they say that NetWare is dead (what they say since several years now and we have still x TB on NetWare).
Have you tried a saveset...
Hi,
what you also can do is edit the rpcnet.cfg (by default SYS:\NSR\).
Copy the last two lines to the top so that he uses TCP/IP / UDP first.
This is only needed when you have multiple protocols on your NetWare Server. By default he uses IP.
Have a nice day

Hi,
set some additional parameters on the Domino Server, like NSR_DEBUG_FILE (path to the file, like c:\program files\nsr\logs\nsrdebug.log) the debug level with NSR_DEBUG_LEVEL (3 schould be the best).
Don´t forget to restart the nsrexecd, better would be to restart the server.
Have you set...

Hi,
normaly you don´t have to change the nsrnote.bat. Full are defined with the schedule. If you want to drive incrementals you have to define an incremental schedule.
Domino has to be configured that it uses transaction logs.

Hi,
I had exacly the same problem. That is because the Tool doesn´t know where the NetWorker server is.
Try to run this command:
C:\Program Files\nsr\bin\nwmssql.exe -s BackupServerName
After you have done this once the GUI knows where the Backup server is.
Have a nice day

Hi,
you are right, the incrementals only backup the transactionlogs, where all the changes for the database are stored.
Legato backs up the transaction logs in the incremental modus and gives Lotus the information that that transactionlog can be reused.
To do a DB recovery you need a full...
