I am sorry! I have an IPO 406 v2 with VMPro 4 loaded and working. This is just a quirk. We have not had the system long and a user is going on vacation in the AM. I need to setup the phone to go to someone else's VM mailbox so the important issues are handled. We have not been able to...
I have tried to setup the VMPro 4.0 to forward the incoming caller to another VM mailbox. It keeps going to the one that the caller dialed into. Has anyone got an answer to this. I imagine it is a call flow issue, right?
I am using the MultTech RF830 and there does not seem to be QoS support for this router. I found a setting under the Extension>VoIP setting for H450 Support. It was set for H450. I changed it to none. Also, put H.323 passthrough support on the routefinder and it seems to have voice now.

I am trying to get my newest member setup on a Remote IP phone (5621). When it goes through the process of trying to discover the IPO Control Unit, it stops at the Discover 192.168.42.1
I am using MultiTech RF830 RouteFinders on each end. I have established a VPN Tunnel between the two...
SuperJenks! You did it. Thank you so very much.
I have been reading the docs and they tell you "password" in several places. Where did I go wrong? It finally let me into the Config Tree and I believe I am in the home stretch. This has been a trying 24 hours. God bless! I will let you...
Yes! Manager does see the IPO system and the password does not work.
I don't think that the Manager saw the IP406 when I installed it the first time. The dialog box was empty after it searchedIP ISI. I have since removed the whole software suite and reinstalled it with the IP406 running...
I have been battling this reload all day. I have recently had to try and rebuild a crashed IP Office Install (my first). I have been doing everything by the book and it seems the default system password will not work with Manager. I can see the system with System Monitor, the thing Pings but...
