I could buy a dongle and use this for all new installs but
i think it is licenced to the 3300.
Is there another way to create user templates from a CSV and import them into the system?
Has anyone used this?
I understand it can be used only on a new installation and saves loads of time by uploading CSV templates etc.

Am i right in saying i only need to upgrade phone manager then and not the system?
Can i just copy the PM files into the correct directory on each machine or will i need to uninstall and reinstall PM on all 200 machines?
I have an IP412 with a large mixture of DT2050 and DS2420 handsets.
Each user is using Phone Manager Pro.
The software is V2.1(27).
All types of handset are automatically being removed from various groups.
Is this a know issue and if so what is the solution

I am using phone manager in iPro mode and all is fine.
If i check VOIP on the phonemanager tab it says failed to register.
What is the purpose of this option?
Individual Call waiting no longer works on v3.0.
It is only used for hunt groups.
To achieve call waiting you must assign more than one call apperance key,this works fine for external calls but internal calls will also camp on which i don't like.
