    Thanks all! I recall talking to some Avaya Rep (authorized dealer) and if I am not mistaken, I thought he has told me that sa or craft password is not given to the customer. I will double check with them. Thanks

    Really... Problem is I was only given a username (cust). I do not have sa, vm, vexvm password. Is there default one that i can try or is that way to reset it? Thanks,
