I am having some problems with Dell computers running XP that I believe are attributed to not enought memory. These pc now have two sticks of 256. I want to be sure I get the right memory for these pcs. What is the best way to determine I am getting the right memory?

I can tell you for sure the version is 9.0.08924. If I remember correctly, for this is another user's computer, they are selecting the freeze option from the tools option on the tool bar. They are selecting diffrent panes no specific ones. Does this help? Thanks, Steven

I am having a problem with excel not freezing panes on excel spreadsheets. I have rebooted the computer and still the problem persists. The changes that are made to the spreadsheet are saved but it will not freeze the panes. Any ideas? Thanks, Steven
