Why not set up an Excel file containing an "auto_open" macro that will run as the file is opened. Then set up a task opening that file at the desired time? Rgds ZH

Hi, bullets do make sense but sometimes our texts are processed by a third party software that does not support them. The idea is to run a macro that finds bullets & numbers and replaces them with, say, a "*" (not "s", sorry), in order to keep the text as structured as possible. Thks, ZH
