    There is probably another usb setting in the bios to allow usb devices to be boot devices. Disable the setting.

    In your client go to file\replication\settings - choose the other tab and make sure that the box to temporarily disable replication is unchecked. If you still cannot replicate and you suspect it is server related that is beyond my knowledge level.
