I am guessing I dont need any cards installed to make an IP to IP call just never tried it before?

One other thing these are brand new V2 chassis and they were booted up with 9.1 SD cards so I dont believe an upgrade license is required just wondering if because I did an import of 8.1 could this have caused an issue and it now maybe thinks an upgrade license is required?
