CMC, 3.0 published desktop app setting is at 1024X768, my video is 1152X864. I am unsure of what settings for shadowing there is, I know it's enabled, permissions are set for help desk folks, but I am also getting the error (I have local admin rights) thanks again for your responses... chris

But wait a minute, if you issue a shutdown from the IBM Director console then it will shutdown the OS but not the system...tada.
