OK That worked...but it doesn't just start minimised...it starts invisible.... No TaskBar Icon or anything. I don't want to have to close it from Task Manager....how do I get the usual Taskbar Button to appear so I can open it if I want to?

I have a shortcut in the "Quick Launch" Bar. It's a shortcut to a playlist file, so when I click on it, it plays it in Windows Media Player. I set it to "Start Minimised"....but it doesn't. It just starts normally. Why won't it work? Is there a way around it?

I did press Yes...nothing happened. Now it says "Are you sure you want to delete these 2 items?" Yet, there isnothing in the Recycle Bin (and I have ALL files being shown enabled (inc. OS files)). What is going on?

Whenever I click "empty recycle bin" it asks if I am sure that i want to delete "Windows". Hmmm....If I say yes, i hear tge 'crunching' sound of the recycling bin emptying - but nothing happens. Is there some sort of virus that does this or spyware perhaps. I ran AdAware...
