    I have applied the hotfixes and outlook is open but I still get the problem it only seems to occur when I use rich text format. But I cannot find a patch for this is there a work around? Cheers Gary

    I am not using any code it is the Export function within the ocx control I use, (the envelope picture) This pulls up the dialogue box with subject, recipient etc... I will now go off and check the site for any fixes Gary
