Guys, there's a FAQ on this.
Basically, enable SMTP routing, click Restrictions, Check Hosts with these IP addresses, then put no addresses in the list. Restart IMS & you're good.

Basically, on the Routing tab on the Internet Mail Service under Connections,
1) pick Reroute incoming SMTP mail
2) Click Routing Restrictions
3) Check "Hosts & clients with these IP addresses" but don't enter any addresses.
4) Click OK, click OK again, and...
