(even though it is a completly different location!) Has anyone else come accross this problem or know a solution. Thanks in advance

    Print spooler keeping printed documents

I have a win2k server with various printers setup acting as a print spooler. 2 of the printers (HP LJ 1320 + HP CLJ 5500) have all of a sudden started to keep printed documents in the print queue. Other printers, including HP, are not doing this and the 2 printers in question were not doing...

    Exchange Message Size Limit

We have set our exchange SMTP limits to 6MB. This works fine for incoming external mail. But...Internally, if a user sends, for example a 60MB file, it still sends to the exchange server, clogs everything up, then sends the user back a undeliverable report. Is there anyway of preventing this...

    XP Home to Pro

I have been trying to find the answer to this question but with no luck. Can you upgrade from XP Home to Pro? The reason being we have a few XP Home laptops which have been working fine, but now we want to properly join them to our domain and not just on the workgroup. Thanks in advance!

    Changing Servers

We are currently adding a new server and moving all exchange data from our current server to the new one. Is there a easy way of pointing the workstations to the new exchange server without manually visiting each one? Possibly by login script? Thanks for your help!

We currently have one server running as a file and print server and exchange. I want to add a second server just to handle the file and print side and use the old one for exchange. I have a few questions: 1. The Windows CAL Licences, do we have to buy another set for each worksation or just 1...

    Exchange shutting down

Has anyone found a solution to this yet? I have 2 exchange servers in our regional offices, both with the symptons described, which happened at roughly the same time. I would of thought this would be a virus but i have done a full virus scan with latest Nortons updates but no virus was found...

How did u know that it was a printer? Just through trial and error? Was you stripping down every piece of software to try and find the cause?

    ntoskrnl.exe error

Matt, Did the problem seem to occur everytime you printed to that specific printer or was it happening randomly without any pattern? Thanks
