Galfaro, Yes that is what the vendor did. Since it was changed at the install, can it be changed back or is resetting to default the only way? Beyond that do you know how they did it to begin with? Thanks.
Thanks Nortellian. I thought that the extension you specified in the voicemail was linking it back to the phone extension for displaying the you have a message waiting prompt and that can be for notifying a different extension. I still need to know more and appreciate your help.

I need to know if a phone can be forwarded to another extension after X rings then go to the original phones voicemail if not answered on a Fujitsu F9600. If so how many paths can it take?
