Thanks for the feed back. This is a SIP connection between the session manager and Cisco CM. I have a dial pattern with the domain defined but still getting the forbidden error. Geo is disabled at this time. Anything else I should try? Thank you.

We had similiar issues with a couple of VG224's and we changed them from SCCP to H323 and it corrected the issues. We tried the fax relay settings with no luck. I believe you can use SCCP with CCM 4.2 or higher. We are running 4.1.3. - FIL

It's done in Call Manager Administration. Go to Service>>Service Parameters. Choose your publisher and the Call Manager Service. Look for the call park reversion timer. It's set in seconds. Filakio
