I am going nuts! Now it is working. When I hit File > Print, then select one of the Paperport printers to print to (either the color or black & white image Paperport printer), then print to it - it opens up Paperport and a new PDF file is created!

Cool. I fixed it. I just ran my cCleaner and on the main tab under Advanced I checked Windows Size/Location Cache and ran the cleaner. It is fixed now. I'll bet that any other sites that open in specially sized windows will now open in full windows, but I can fix those!
