Thanks Mark for the reply.
the issue is only for OWA, when the user sends out mail using outlook, it works fine. it is only when the user uses OWA and attach over 100KB, the IE screen goes blank.
meanwhile i will check in to all the settings you mentioned and will get back.
it is not the problem with RAM on the PC, we tried different computers with 1GB RAM,.
it works (we are able to attach more than 100K) for other users using OWA on the same PC, it is only for the users hosted on a particular mailbox server in one office having this issue.

Hi,
We have the same issue on GS5.2 with Exchange2003.
What version of scan engine you have? The older scan engine (example: 4.2.60) does not allow the DAT updation to happen (As far as i know),.
The only way to update the scan engine is to Run the SDat file. We need to try that yet.
Hi,
We have an issue with Groupshield for exchange version5.2 on exchange 2003 running on windows2003 active passive cluster. The DAT file update is not happening; we believe that the issue is related to the old scan engine 4.2.60 which prevents the automatic update to happen.
We are planning...
