I'm using message manager 5.1 and intuity LX 1.1; message manager lets you save as .lvp or .wav. Simply click on the message and select save voice. the 'save as' message box comes up with these choices.

try the add sub or chan sub screen to define the email name for that sub typically in the format name@localhost.localdomain. then under Feature Admin / Internet Messaging you can define the domain and host using General Options and Settings and Mail Options respectively.
