That was my first thought. I saw that in the manaul and tried to program the soft key. This is the same situation. I follow the manual word for word but get nothing when I hold function down and click a soft key, the manul shows a new screen with F options pops up but this does not happen.
I do not have a module. Just the console.
I think I'm missing the system access code. I'm not sure what this refers too. When I get to step three [ABBR DIAL]is not an option for me. These are similar to steps in the guide I'm using.
