OK... So from what i have no ACD is programmed on the lines... and the Fiber needs to be pulled with the switch off... i can do that late nigth... I hope i'm no naggin' with my questions but... i'll shut down... remove the fiber connected betwee 1 and 3 and turn on the switch... nothing more...
What is this ACD? here's a print out of my extension...
and about the last cabinet... just pull the plug and disconnect the Fiber that goes from the main cabinet to the empty cabinet is OK???? i just want to double and triple check before i start this process...

hi there, i have a meridian 1 and i'm trying to figure out how can i do a call forward from the console. we're remodeling and all the customers were moved to shared spaces so i have to forward on a 4:1 ratio (4 users/phones to 1 "receiving" phone), this is a temporary move and i want to know...
OK... so i need this 2 cards... now i have more questions:
1. the SILC Card will receive the data from the E1?
2. the MISP Card is the one were i actually connect the conferencing system?
Anyone knows wich cards do i need to have video conference enabled on a Meridian 1 option 11c? i know that the call will run trough a ISDN card but i don't know wich type do i need (ISDN/Bri or PRI)

finally... if the 2250 is damaged we won't replace it with a new 2250 but a 2616 with keypad add on, what should i do to get...
