I'm trying to define an LDAP saved query in Exchange 2003 so I can easily find which accounts have OWA enabled, but I can't find anywhere how to structure the query.
Does anyone know what to query to find out if OWA is enabled?
Thanks.
I've inherited an Exchange 2003 server and need to document how all the accounts, distribution lists, etc, are set up.
Does anyone know of a tool that will extract all the information from AD into a sensible format for documentation. The kind of info I'm after is:

What version of Exchange are you running?
If it's Exchange 2003, go into Exchange System Manager > Global Settings
Right Click Message Delivery and click Properties
Click the Sender Filtering tab and add the address you want to block.
Found the solution - you have to turn off Advanced Open File option.
This is a pain as well, as it means that if you include your Exchange backup in a job backing up a file server, you can't use the open file option on the file server, as it's a 'per job' setting.
Going to see if there's a way...
Thanks for your responces.
I discovered what the problem is - it's a result of the backup being a snapshot one. BExec cannot redirect snapshot backups to a recovery storage group - whish a right pain.
However, I cannot find any reference as to how you do a backup WITHOUT using snapshots!

Do any of you know if there is a way to limit the size of the vsapi log files in GroupShield 6?

Can anyone help. I seem to remember reading a looong time ago about the maximum UNC filename that Windows can handle across a network environment.

Every now and then, Windows will report an error opening a...
The IP address you're trying to add a route to is BlackBerry's server on the Net. This shouldn't need a static route:
For outgoing traffic (BES to handhelds), you just need a default gateway for communication to the Net, and a firewall rule allowing traffic from the BES on port 3101 to...
Hi all,
Does anyone know if it's possible to propogate registry settings to machines in a Windows 2003 domain using Group Policy.
I want to add an HKLM key to suppress the incredibly iritating 'Take a Tour of Windows XP' every time a new user logs in. I'd rather do it through GP than on each...
You can hide it from the GAL by ticking 'Hide from Exchange address lists' on the Exchange Advanced tab of a user account's properties in 'Active Directory users and computers'.
However, unlike Exchange 5.5, the account still shows in the list of users in 'Active Directory users and computers'...
Can anyone explain this one to me, 'cos I'm stumped.
We use public folders for archiving email for individual client projects. A secretary that looks after it had the problem that she couldn't move or rename a folder in a hierarchy that she has publishing editor permissions on.
The only way I...
We use HTML mail format for outgoing mail, and auto-signatures in Outlook 2000 and 2003.
Some users want their signature to appear when replying to email, which is fine, until they reply to a message sent in rich text. Their signature isn't added to rich text messages (for obvious reasons)...
