Thank you for the help! Worked great! Had a small issues where the calls were adding 00 to the front because it was detecting the call as international for some reason. This caused the short codes lookup to fail. Removed the prefix from the SIP line and seems to be working well.
Thanks again...
Thanks.
I initially tried 9N for the number and N as the destination, but that didn't seem to work. After fighting with it a while I used the route above and it worked. Per the help document:
"A # matches all X wildcards in the Incoming Number field. For example, if the Incoming Number was...
We currently have an internal IVR (Voxeo) setup via SIP to our IP Office. I am trying to determine the proper way to allow the IVR to dial out over the T1 on the IP Office. We currently have it setup and working by setting up an incoming call route as follows

We have been working on linking up an IP Office with a Prophecy IVR. It is primarily for a support service where calls come on, are addressed, and depending on the response are forwarded to an extension on the IPO or to a cell phone.
Incoming calls to the IPO over over a T1 PRI. We currently...
Thanks for all of the suggestions. It is a great help. We were looking at moving towards IP in the future so I think it would be a good option to go ahead and move with the new vcm32.
I will talk to our rep about the T1 licensing and see what they say.
Quick question on the configs. One of...
In the past 3 years I have been through 4 different reps. The current one we have has never seen an IP412 and upon arriving told me that I needed to replace all the phones. She then came back and told me they would work. Afterwords told me they would only work on legacy modules and not on the...
I'm a little new to the whole IP500 scheme and it looks like they have added alot of licensing that has confused me to this point. I started out on v3.0 with a 412,403, and 406. We're now down to one 412, but may need to expand later to another facility again.
We are looking to move from the...
Is it possible to use the avaya phone system in China for local service? I will have our overseas counterparts contact the local authority to see whether we can link the systems. I didn't really think about as they are all currently using skype. Thanks.
We are starting up a facility in China and was looking at installing an extra IPO406v2 we have. We purchased this unit in the US.
Are there differences between US and Chinese POTs and T1 lines?
We have 2 extra IP406 Office DS v2 MU-LAW PCS10 & 9
We also have a

We are currently running an Ip Office 412 V5.0 (20) and 4 5620 ip phones in a remote location connected over a VPN tunnel (Sonicwall). The 412 has a 20 port VCM.
Until recently everything was working fine. About 2 weeks ago we began having issues with the calls. I can call the person or they...
I have a question on the conferencing on the ip office 412. I have read that the 412 has 2x64 banks for conferencing. Does this mean that I can only have two conferences going at any one time with up to 64 people or will the system split the banks so i could have say 4x32 or 3x42?
The owner...
Ok. So for the time being it is more of an addition than a replacement?
We are also planning on upgrading to Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007 do you know if IMS will work with it?
Thanks
I am planning on upgrading our IP Office from 3.2 to 4.2 and was doing some research. We are currently using the IMS service on the 3.2 and now see they have UMS on the 4.2. Will my license for the IMS work for UMS or do I need a new license? I also have a IPO406v2 at another site that are...
tlpeter,
The people who have cell phones are not employeed at the company and do not have extensions. This is another company that the owner also has and wants to piggyback off of our system.
